Starts well and it's interesting, but it becomes too similar to a PR release. Is it possible that Starbucks never did anything wrong and everything they tried has been successful?

Probably a little bit too much going on, but anyway a great book. Funny and entertaining but also deep, if you allow it to be.
Some characters would be worth a stand alone novel.
